  Patients are encouraged to contact our office regarding insurance coverage, authorization requirements, and billing questions prior to their appointment.

• Detailed Medical Billing
  For patients with local or international insurance plans, we provide comprehensive medical invoices and supporting documentation that may be required for reimbursement claims, subject to the policies and requirements of their insurance provider.

• International Patients
  Patients traveling to Costa Rica for orthopedic care can receive detailed medical reports, surgical documentation, and itemized billing statements to facilitate communication with their insurance company or healthcare provider in their home country.
