He completed a prestigious fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement Surgery at the Toronto Western Hospital in Toronto, Canada (July 2024 – June 2025). This advanced training provided expertise in modern joint replacement techniques, including the direct anterior approach for total hip replacement and robotic-assisted hip and knee arthroplasty.
Dr. Ravery completed his orthopedic surgery residency through the University of Costa Rica (UCR) and the Costa Rican Social Security Fund, where he gained extensive surgical exposure across all subspecialties of orthopedics, including trauma, foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopy, spine surgery, and pediatric orthopedics. His training included practice at major referral centers such as Hospital San Juan de Dios and Hospital Calderón Guardia.
